Kids Helpline is Australia's only free, confidential 24/7 counselling and support service specifically for children and young people aged 5 to 25. Since 1991, more than 8.5 million young Australians have reached out to Kids Helpline for everything from mental health support to relationship advice and help with tough life situations.
