Windmill Theatre Company returns to the stage with a bold new production of & Juliet, a high-energy musical that reimagines Shakespeare’s classic romance in a fresh and modern way.

What if Juliet chose her own path? Instead of a tragic ending, her story becomes a new beginning — focused on friendship, independence, and self-discovery. It’s a reworking of a familiar story that feels relevant and accessible for teen audiences.

Set to a soundtrack of global pop hits by Max Martin and Friends, & Juliet blends comedy, storytelling and upbeat choreography. The result is a fast-paced musical built around well-known songs and a storyline centred on identity, choice and confidence.

From the team behind We Will Rock You, Mamma Mia!, Beauty and the Beast and School of Rock, this production brings strong theatre experience and a polished, energetic performance style to the stage.
